1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using HabitBee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Permitted & Prohibited Use
Allowed:
- Habit tracking
- Setting personal goals
- Receiving AI-powered encouragement and also HabitBee AI assistant (available in paid version)
Prohibited:
- Harmful/unlawful content
- Malicious activities (hacking, spamming)
- Violating any laws
3. Intellectual Property
- All app content is owned by AppsTree.
- You get a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- All payments processed via RevenueCat.
- We never handle your payment details directly.
- Refunds must be requested through your app store.
5. App Store Compliance
- Fully complies with Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information
- Keep login details secure
- No bots/automated access
7. Limitation of Liability
Important:
- App provided "as is" with no guaranteed results.
- We're not liable for indirect damages.
- Not a medical service – consult professionals for health advice.
8. Governing Law
- Governed by applicable local and international laws.
- Disputes shall be resolved amicably or in designated jurisdiction courts.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms occasionally.
- Continued use of HabitBee after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
